THE ROAD SO FAR

As a woman of color in the workplace, I was acutely aware that people should feel included and safe to express their true selves – regardless of race or gender. This inspired me to create CultureShift HR – an opportunity for everyone to work with fairness at its core. With our own culture as such an essential part of how we live, it’s my mission that all can find equality in any professional environment.

IN PURSUIT OF A SAFE SPACE

In 2022, Alysha was awarded the IAOTP DEI Leader of the Year award for her professional achievements. She also wrote a groundbreaking book, “Building Beyond 9-5: Inspirational Lessons from Successful Black Women,” which made its way to Amazon’s Best Sellers list. An alumnus of the University of Ontario Institute of Technology, Alysha earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce – paving the path towards more incredible accomplishments.
